Delivery time

Your shipment will be ready 1-2 business days after placing your order. We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible.

Shipping Cost

We have a fixed shipping cost, and calculated at the minimum rate. No matter how many items you buy, you pay the minimum rate, if the shipping cost increases based on the weight of the parcel, we take care of it.

Returns

We hope you like everything you order from us, but if something doesn't suit you, you have 14 days to return it. We will refund you by the same method you used to pay, within 14 days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse. Please ensure that all goods are returned clean, unworn, with all tags and original packaging. Naturally, all faulty goods are returnable. Faulty goods that are not suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged) cannot be returned and will be sent back to you.
